Imprecation, hailing from the infernal depths of Texas, USA, first emerged in 1991 as one of the most blasphemous and unrelenting forces in American Death and Black Metal. Their sound - dense, sulfuric, and ritualistic - became synonymous with the early 90s underground, carrying forth a hatred and conviction few could match.

Their early releases, including the Ceremony of the Nine Angles demo (1992) and Theurgia Goetia Summa compilation, established Imprecation as a cornerstone of occult Death Metal. Drawing influence from ancient darkness and biblical desecration, their music invokes the spirit of early Morbid Angel, Deicide, and Blasphemy - yet with a distinctly Texan ferocity.

After a hiatus through the late 90s, Imprecation returned with Satanae Tenebris Infinita (2013), a crushing declaration of eternal allegiance to the forces of evil. Subsequent releases such as Damnatio Ad Bestias (2019) and In Nomine Diaboli (2022) reaffirmed their legacy, proving that time only deepens their malignancy.

More than three decades after their inception, Imprecation stands as a monument to uncompromising darkness - a true embodiment of death worship and infernal devotion.
